Our “Insulating bolt” product has been designed to meet two main functions: insulating and fastening. It allows fastening together two components (because of space constraints) with different electric voltages and insulating the 48V electric system from the traditional 12V system.

The product combines an high strength steel bolt with a thin high performance organic bushing which isolates the clamped parts.

This solution also has different added values such as thin and constant thickness of molding, at least 1 kV DC dielectric strength guaranteed, etc.
